1 Introduction
Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) is an autonomous public body established by virtue of the Council of Ministers Regulation No.366/2015 to deliver constructions overseas and domestic construction works in the area of highway, Air field, dam and irrigation, water supply, hydropower construction projects. Ethiopian construction works Corporation has established its head off Addis Ababa city, Yeka sub city Around Gurdsholla. ECWC has been undertaking various construction projects in all geographic regions of the country.
With regards to various Construction works it undertakes, the corporation seeks companies/firms with technical competency to work with ECWC on various construction projects across the country. Therefore, Ethiopian Construction works Corporation (ECWC) invites proficient, eligible, reputed companies/firms having the appropriate license to undertake construction works. Firms show be able to show an updated licence Equivalent to GC-6/BC-6 or higher. Firms need to be interested to work with the corporation on terms of fixed rates set by the corporation and need to submit sealed prequalification application for expression of interest.
2 Objective of the Assignment
The main objective of this EoI is to invite potential companies who can work with ECWC as a subcontractor on the corporation’s various construction works.
Description and specification of the Assignment
The companies/firms shall carry out constructioin works on pojects of the corporation. With undertaking the work, the companies/firms shall also be able to undertake knowledge transfer to the corporation’s staff.
Payment will be made on fixed rate basis. Sucessful companies shall be able to bring necessary equipment on site for the activities assigned which the corporation will pay on a fixed rate. ECWC will have the mandate to fix the unit rate.
Application Process
Interested companies /firms / must fill in the ECWC prequalification applications and submit relevant documents/information/ as to demonstrate that they are eligible and qualified to provide construction works. The result of the EoI prequalification evaluation will be used for identification of the successful company to carry out the above indicated assignment.
The applicants should consider the following application procedures and documents:
1) The applicant shall bear all costs related to preparation and submission of this Expression of interest.
2) All the pages of the EOI submitted must be numbered and signed by authorized person
3) Incorrect, incomplete and inadequate application may lead to rejection of the application
4) All document must be submitted in English language
5) Applicants may be requested to clarification on submitted document,
6) ECWC has the right to reject the application without communicating the companies’
7) ECWC shall not provide explanation to applicants related to shortlisting and selection process, in this respect, ECWC decision shall be final and binding for all applicants
8) ECWC may not be enforced to pay advance payment to sub-contractors
9) Both International and national companies are allowed to participate in this EOI as it is being run locally in Ethiopia.

1. Interested Potential Bidders are required to present renewed relevant Trade License for the fiscal year, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate and Online Supplier list Registration Certificate together with the offer.

1. The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) hereby invites registered eligible bidders for TO SUPPLY HEATER
2. Interested Potential Bidders are required to present renewed relevant Trade License for the Ethiopian fiscal year, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate and Online Supplier list Registration Certificate together with their offer.
3. Bidding document should be prepared in English language.
4. Interested Potential Bidders obtain a complete set of bidding document from the office of Procurement Department against payment of none refundable fee of Birr 300.00 upon presentation of Trade License renewed for the fiscal year.
5. This invitation of bid is open to all interested potential bidders regardless of their nationality and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provision indicated in bidding document.
6. The deadline for bid Submission shall be on April 3, 2023, at 08:00 (Local Time)
7. Bid must be accompanied with a Bid Security of an amount of Birr Birr 200,000.00 ETB (Two hundred thousand) in the form of certified cheque (CPO) or Bank guarantee. Bid Bond in the form of insurance bond or in any other form shall not be accepted.
8. Bids must be delivered or deposited in the Tender Box situated at the office of the Procurement Department on April 3, 2023, at 08:30 (Local Time). In Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation Procurement Department conference room, in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend.

በጋለሞ እና ሞሉድ መካከል ያለው የ35 ኪሎ ሜትር መንገድ የተሽከርካሪዎችን ዝውውር ለማፋጠን ያስችላል።
ስምምነቱ የተደረሰው በመጋቢት ወር መጀመሪያ ላይ የኢትዮጵያ የትራንስፖርትና ሎጂስቲክስ ሚኒስትር ዶክተር አለሙ ስሜ ጅቡቲን በመጎብኘት ከጅቡቲ ፕሬዝዳንት ኢስማኤል ኦማር ጊሌ ጋር ባደረጉት ስምምነት ነው።
ዶ/ር አለሙ ስሜ የስምምነቱን አፈጻጸም ለመከታተል ጂቡቲ ይገኛሉ።
ዶ/ር ዓለሙ ስሜ የተመራው ልዑክ በጉብኝታቸው ወቅት የመንገዱን ግንባታ ለማፋጠን ከጅቡቲ ወደቦችና ነፃ ዞኖች ባለስልጣን ፕሬዝዳንት ከአቶ አቡበከር ኦማር ሃዲ እና ከልኡካቸው ጋር ተወያይተዋል።
ስምምነቱ የጋለሞ - ሞሉድ 35 ኪሎ ሜትር መንገድ በአንድ ዓመት ጊዜ ውስጥ እንዲጠናቀቅ የሚያደርግ ሲሆን፥ ተገቢውን ክፍያም ለኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ስራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን እንዲከፈል ተስማምተዋል።
በተጨማሪም የኢትዮጵያ ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን በኮሚሽነር ደበሌ ቃበታ የሚመራው የልዑካን ቡድን ከመጋቢት 20 እስከ 23 ቀን 2020 ዓ.ም ይፋዊ የስራ ጉብኝት በማድረግ ከጅቡቲ ጉምሩክ ባለስልጣን አቻዎቻቸው ጋር በመገናኘት የተለያዩ ጉምሩክ ነክ ጉዳዮች ላይ መወያየታቸው ይታወሳል።
ከሶስት ቀናት ውይይት በኋላ የጉምሩክን ውጤታማነት ለማሻሻል የመፍትሄ ሃሳቦችን በማቅረብ ስምምነት ተፈራርመዋል።
በጋለሞ-ሞሉድ መንገድ ላይ የተደረሰው ስምምነት እና የጉምሩክ ጉዳዮችን አፈታት ጉዳይ ኢትዮጵያና ጅቡቲ ንግድና ትራንስፖርትን ለማሳደግ በጋራ ለመስራት ቁርጠኛ መሆናቸውን ከኤምባሲው የተገኘው መረጃ ያመለክታል። ክፈት / አስተያየት ይስጡ

የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ስራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን ቃሊቲና በተለያዩ ፕሮጀክቶች የሚገኙ የተለያዩ ቁርጥራጭ ብረታብረቶች ባሉበት ቦታና ሁኔታ በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡
1. ተጫራቾች የግብር ከፋይ ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት (Tin Number)፣ የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈሉበት መረጃ እና የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ከፋይ መሆናቸውን ማረጋገጫ ሰርቲፊኬት በማቅረብ የጨረታውን ሰነድ የማይመለስ ብር 300 /ሶስት መቶ ብር/ በመክፈል ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት ጉርድ ሾላ በሚገኘው ዋናው መ/ቤት አሮጌው ህንፃ ግዥ ክፍል በአካል በመቅረብ መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡
2. የጨረታው አሸናፊ የሚወሰነው በጨረታ ሰነድ ውስጥ የተመለከቱትን መስፈርቶች አሟልቶ ከፍተኛ ዋጋ የሚያቀርበው ሲሆን የጨረታ ሰነዱ የተዘጋጀው በአማርኛ ቋንቋ ነው፡፡
3. ተጫራቾች ጨረታውን ለዚህ ተግባር በተዘጋጀው ሣጥን በግዥ መምሪያ-1 ቢሮ ገቢ የሚያደርጉበት የመጨረሻ ቀን መጋቢት 26 ቀን 2015 ዓ.ም እስከ ጠዋቱ 4፡ዐዐ ሰዓት ድረስ ብቻ ነው፡፡
4. ተጫራቾች ለእያንዳንዱ ሎት የሚጫረቱበትን የእያንዳንዱን ሎት ዋጋ አስር በመቶ /10%/ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ CPO ወይም በባንክ ዋስትና ከመጫረቻ ሰነዳቸው ጋር ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ በኢንሹራንስ ቦንድ /በሌላ መልክ የሚቀርብ ማንኛውም ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡
5. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይንም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት መጋቢት 26 ቀን 2015 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡30 ጉርድ ሾላ በሚገኘው የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ስራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን ዋናው መ/ቤት ቅጥር ግቢ የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል፡፡
6. መ/ቤቱ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሠረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
