በኢትዮጵያ የሰሜኑ ክፍል ያለውን የትጥቅ ግጭት ተከትሎ በአማራ እና በአፋር ክልሎች ውስጥ የተፈጸሙ የሰብዓዊ መብቶች ጥሰቶች ከታሕሳስ 08 ቀን 2014 ዓ.ም - የካቲት 01 ቀን 2014 ዓ.ም የተሰራ የምርመራ ስራን በስፋት የዳሰሰው 151ኛው ልዩ መግለጫ ለአንባብያን በቅቷል።

2022-08-31 13:03:22 The Ethiopian Human Rights Council (EHRCO) is looking for a consultant(s) to facilitate a two-day capacity-building training for business leaders about modern slavery and business, as well as how businesses can develop self-assessment frameworks and codes of conduct to comply with laws, policies, and standards of conduct on good and malpractices in order to combat modern slavery. To this end, EHRCO invites interested and qualified consultants to train different business leaders in three regions namely Bahirdar, Hawassa and Addis Ababa.

2022-08-25 17:38:45 On August 13, 2022, the Ethiopian Human Rights Council (EHRCO) held a peace dialogue with communities living in and around Karat, Konso Zone Administration. The main purpose of the discussion was to evaluate previous peace-making efforts in the area and to come up with and determine the enforcement mechanisms of innovative and context-specific peace-making methods. The dialogue involved prominent local figures, religious leaders, and elders, as well as representatives and participants from the local teachers, youth, women, and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) associations. Among the issues that were raised, so as to enable communities to live in lasting peace and cooperation, are building effective ‘bridges,’ locally-owned peace-making efforts, as well as utilizing community awareness as a trust-building tool. 2022-08-25 17:36:59 በነሐሴ 7፣ 2014 የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ጉባኤ (ኢሰመጉ) በኮንሶ ዞን፣ በካራት እና አካባቢው ከሚገኙ የማህበረሰብ ክፍሎች ጋር በሰላም ጉዳይ ላይ ውይይት አካሂዷል። የውይይቱ ዋና ዓላማ ቀደም ሲል የነበሩት የሰላም ማስፈን ጥረቶችን በመገምገም ወደፊት በአካባቢው አዳዲስ እና
አውድ-ተኮር የሰላም ማስፈን ዘዴዎችን እንዴት መቀየስ/ተግባራዊ ማድረግ እንደሚቻል ውይይት ማድረግ ነበር። ውይይቱ ታዋቂ የአካባቢው ሰዎችን፣የሀይማኖት አባቶችን፣ የሀገር ሽማግሌዎች፣ እንዲሁም የአካባቢውን የመምህራን፣ የወጣቶች፣ የሴቶች፣ የአካል ጉዳተኞች ማህበራት እንዲሁም የእድር ተወካዮችንና ተሳታፊዎችን አሳትፏል። በውይይቱ ከተነሱት ጉዳዮች መካከል አጎራባች ማህበረሰቦች በመተባበር መኖር ይችሉ ዘንድ በዋናነት የሚጠቀሱት ውጤታማ 'ድልድዮችን' በመዘርጋት ፣ በአካባቢው በባለቤትነት የተያዙ የሰላም ጥረቶችን እና የግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ እቅዶችን እንደ እምነት ግንባታ መሳሪያ መጠቀምን ያካትታል። ኢሰመጉ ከሀይሎታ፣ ከሰገን ገነት፣ ከዱጋያ፣ ከሰገን ከተማ፣ ጋርጬ፣ ከአዲስገብሬ፣ ከበቾ፣ ከቀያቴ እና ከቡኒቲ ተፈናቅለው በሃይበና ከተማ የሚገኙ ሴቶች፣አዛውንቶች፣ ወጣቶች፣ ህፃናት፣ እንዲሁም በተለያየ ሁኔታ ውስጥ የሚገኙ የማህበረሰብ ክፍሎች በሰላም ውይይቱ በማሳተፍ ያሉበትንም አሳሳቢ ሁኔታ ለመገንዘብ ችሏል። በመሆኑም በአካባቢው፣ በክልል እና በፌዴራል ደረጃ ያሉ ቁልፍ ባለድርሻ አካላት በከባድ የሰብአዊ ችግር ውስጥ ያሉ ተፈናቃዮችን በተመለከተ ለጥያቄዎቻቸው ተገቢ ትኩረት በመስጠት ዘላቂ መፍትሄ በማዘጋጀት ኃላፊነታቸውን በሚገባ እንዲወጡ ኢሰመጉ ጥሪውን አበክሮ ያቀርባል። ክፈት / አስተያየት ይስጡ

The main purpose of the discussion was to evaluate previous peace-making efforts in the area and to come up with and determine the enforcement mechanisms of innovative and context-specific peace-making methods. The dialogue involved elders, religious leaders, as well as representatives, and participants from the local women, teachers, youth, and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) associations, Idirs, businessmen, as well as courts, and the peace and security office. አውድ-ተኮር የሰላም ማስፈን ዘዴዎችን እንዴት መቀየስ/ተግባራዊ ማድረግ እንደሚቻል ውይይት ማድረግ ነበር። ውይይቱ የሀገር ሽማግሌዎችን ፣ የሀይማኖት አባቶችን፣ እንዲሁም የአካባቢውን የሴቶች ፣ የመምህራን፣ የወጣቶች፣ የአካል ጉዳተኞች እና የእድር ማህበራት፣ ነጋዴዎች፣ እንዲሁም የፍርድ ቤቶች እና የሰላም እና የደህንነት ቢሮዎች የተውጣጡ ተወካዮችንና ተሳታፊዎችን አሳትፏል። በውይይቱ ከተነሱት ጉዳዮች መካከል አጎራባች ማህበረሰቦች በመተባበር መኖር ይችሉ ዘንድ በዋናነት የሚጠቀሱት የሰብአዊ መብት ጥሰቶችን እና ተያያዥ ችግሮችን እንዲሁም ተደጋጋሚ/ተስፋፊ የግጭት አዝማሚያዎች ለማስቆም በህዝባዊ ምክክር ላይ የተመረኮዘ፣ አሳታፊ እና ባለቤትነት ያላቸውን የግጭት አፈታት ዘዴዎች/ስልቶች መጠቀምን ያካትታል። በመሆኑም በአካባቢው፣ በክልል እና በፌዴራል ደረጃ ያሉ ቁልፍ ባለድርሻ አካላት እኚን መሰል ወሳኝ የሠላም ግንባታ ምክረ ሃሳቦች ተግተው እንዲተገበሩ እና በአካባቢው ሰላም እንዲሰፍን ኃላፊነታቸውን በሚገባ እንዲወጡ ኢሰመጉ ጥሪውን አበክሮ ያቀርባል። ክፈት / አስተያየት ይስጡ
