Look at the layering (the courses) in HCB fencing

The first thing is trench excavation obviously then you provide Masonry foundation which is strip foundation then you provide RC (reinforced concrete) grade then you extend columns from the grade beam you can’t have a column without a grade beam that’s why the fence is tilting .

የብሎኬት አጥር ሲታጠር የሚጠቀሙትን layer ተመልከቱ

መጀመሪያ trench excavation ዙሪያውን ይቆፈራል ከዛ በኋላ የ ግንብ(masonry) መሰረት ይሰራል በተጣለው መሰረት ላይ grade beam RC structure (ፌሮ ያለው አርማታ) ይሰራል column ሚቀጠለው ከ grade beam ነው አለበለዚያ አጥሩ (ብሎኬቱ) ይጣመማል/ያጋድላል

3. Sanding - unreasonable sand grading, high mud content too fine soil and sand will also cause the ground sand, affecting the early hydration of cement and concrete condensation. construction vibration is too large: this will aggravate the concrete surface bleeding, thereby reducing the surface strength of concrete.  
፫. አርማታችን - ከተፈለገው በላይ ነጭ የመሆን(“አመዳም”) የመሆን ነገር ይሄም የሚሆነው አርማታ በሚቦካበት ጊዜ ያልተፈለጉ ብናኞች ሲዋሀዱ ነው፤ በ አርማታ ውህደት ጊዜ በውሀ እና በሲሚንቶ መሀል ያለው ውህደት temperature ከፍ እንዲል ያደርጋል ይሄም hydration ይባላል ወይም ደግሞ (concrete maturity) ብዙ ብናኞች በገቡ ጊዜ አርማታችን ቶሎ ይረጋል ከወትሮ ቀደም ብሎ ይሄም የ አርማታው ጥንካሬ (compressive strength) ላይ በ አሉታዊ ተፅዕኖ ያሳድራል

፬. የ አርማታ መሰንጠቅ - ይሄም የሚሆነው አርማታ ስናቦካ የምንፈልገውን compressive strength(fck) ለማግኘት በratio ነው ወይም በመስፈር በዚን ጊዜ የ አሰፋፈር ችግር ካለ in the long run ስንጥቃት ይኖራል ሌላው ደግሞ የ ግብዓት ጥራት ለምሳሌ ደለላማ አሸዋ ከተጠቀምን ስንጥቃት ይበዛዋል

5. Concrete segregation- one of the defects of concrete it’s the separation of cement paste and aggregates of concrete from each other during handling and placement.

፭. የ አርማታው አይን ማውጣት - ጠጠሩ ከተበጠበጠው ሲሚንቶ(paste) ጋር ሲለያይ እና ጠጠሮች በተሞሉ(cast) በተደረጉ አርማታዎች መታየት ሲጀምሩ

የ ባለፌሮ አርማታ በሽታዎች

1. Corrosion in reinforcement bar/ የፌሮ መዛግ - when the rebar is exposed to outer environment other than concrete it will rust /corrode …. As you guys know know reinforcement counters tension as a result of corrosion the tension member fails it’s causes tension failure

፩. የፌሮ መዛግ - ፎሮ ከ አርማታ እቅፍ በወጣ ጊዜ ዝገት ያስከትላል ለምሳሌ አፈር ላይ ረዥም ጊዜ ከተኛ ይዝጋል ወይም ደግሞ ለረዥም ግዜ coloride ያለበት ወይም ጨዋማ ውሀ ከነካው ይሄም tension failure /ውጥረትን መቋቋም የማይችል ባለፌሮ አርማታ መዋቅር(RC structure) ይሆናል።

2. Carbonation of concrete - is the chemical reaction between carbon dioxide in the air and calcium hydroxide and hydrated calcium silicate in the concrete to give mainly carbonates. This slowly changes the PH of concrete.

፪. Carbonation - አርማታችን በከባቢያችን(አየር) ካሉ “ካርቦን ዳይ ኦክሳይድ” ፣ “ካልሲየም ሀይድሮ ኦክሳይድ” እና “ሀይድሬትድ ካልሲየም ሲልኬት” ጋር በመዋሀድ ወደ ካርቦኔት ይቀይረዋል ይኼም PH value alter እንዲያረግ ያረጋል
