-it is a point where a moment change it's sign posetive to negative or compression to tension and vise versa

2ኛ, Retaining wall and breast wall differences

Retaining wall is designed and constructed to resist lateral earth pressure while breast wall is to sustain the face of naturla bank of the earth
Breast wall አንዳንድ በተፈጥሮ ተራራማ የሆኑ የመንገድ ስራዎች ላይ አስቸጋሪ የሆኑ ተራራማ መንገዶች ሲሰሩ ለመንገዱ ተብሎ excavation ሲሰራ ከተራራው በኩል ያለው topography በጣም ተዳፋች ከሆነ breast wall እየተሰራ ከላይ ያለው የመሬት ክፍል እየፈረሰ ወደ ታች ወደ መንገዱ እንዳይወርድ በsolpe እየተቆረጠ ይገነባል ዋና አላማውም to stabilze the hill side ነው አፈሩን ያረጋጋል ይከላከላል።
Retaining wall ደግሞ ሙሉ በሙሉ active soil pressure ወይም lateral pressure የምንለውን ከጎን በኩል አግድም የሚመጣን የአፈር ግፊት ለመከላከል ታስቦ የሚሰራ wall ነው።

3ኛ,Cavity wall
This types of wall is used for thermal insulation, sound insulation and etc...
A cavity wall( hollow wall) is a non load bearing wall with two wall and there is a space between them to separate those two wall.
The walls are interconnected by metal ties or other means.
When we construct cavity wall it doesn't need footing, instead we can use strong concret base.

4ኛ OPC and PPC
1, OPC has higher strength than PPC in the initial stage but in the long term the strength of PPC is good than OPC.
2, OPC has high heat of hydration (ውሀ አዘልነት) compared to than PPC
3 Grade of cement (strength) compressive strength of OPC and PPC
OPC has 42.5R
PPC has 32.5R

It is simply the net usable aera in the building or the distance between the inner wall it includes a staircase in the internal parts of the building excluding external wall,veranda and terrace area etc...

It is the out to out dimension of the wall of the building at any floor በአጭሩ በየትኛውም ፍሎር ላይ የህንፃው ውጪ ለውጪ ልኬት ማለት ነው።
