1-check Diameter & grade of steel-
So first of all you have to check the diameter of the steel and also the grade of steel we have different grades of steel 40,60, and 75 .so must check the diameter and grade of the steel before buying.

2. Check the weight of the steel-
Here is an example to check the weight of steel. if we have an 8 mm diameter steel bar and a length is 12 meters so the weight of the steel-
FORMULA TO CALCULATE WEIGHT OF STEEL = D²L/162
given data

D = 8 mm, L = 12 meter

So the weight of steel = ( 8 x 8 x 12)/162

weight of steel = 4.74 kg
3. Check for rust and loose Coating-
if you wanna purchase you have to check for rust and lose coating .it should not be rust and it should not be loose if there is loose coating in steel don't for building construction.

4. Check for cracks-
If we bend the steel 180 degrees so the surface the of steel is the top surface of the steel should not be white and it should not be developed any cracks. it's very important so don't you this steel

5. Never store steel on the ground-
sometimes we placed steel on the ground that steel should rust and rusted steel should not be used in building construction otherwise it will make more problems and rust can weaken the strength of the steel remember these points. if you wanna store steel on the ground so it should be up from the ground mini 4 inches .

2022-12-20 06:42:28 The difference between Diagrid structural system and Exoskeletal structural system

- Diagrid structural system is diagonally arranged whereas Exoskeletal structural systems are not not expected to be diagonal

- if you see in the picture that I compiled in the note https://t.me/ETCONp/6150 Exoskeletal structural system is multitasking you can use it as HVAC ( heat ventilation and air conditioning) system which is exposed to the outer part of the building it has aesthetically factor too

- ክብደት ያላቸው አግድም ብረቶች (steel profile section) መስቀለኛ (node) የታሰሩ በተወሰነ የ ህንፃ ከፍታ slab ላይ የሚቸነከር (story module) ከዚያም ብረቶቹ የሚተሳሰሩበት የስርዓተ መዋቅር አይነት ነው።

- የ Diagrid system አካለተ ክፍላት

Node - አግድም ብረቶችን በ አራቱም አቅጣጫ የሚመጡትን መቆለፊያ

Ring beam- አግድም ብረቶች የሚያርፉበት የቢም ጠርዝ

Tie beam - አንኳር(core structure) ከ diagrid structure load ሚያስተላልፍ

diagonal member- አግድም ብረቶች

ጥቅም

- የ ኮለን ቁጥር ይቀንስልናል ነፃ
ያረግልናል
- አይን ይስባል/ ለ እይታ
- የ አንኳር መዋቅሩን ጫና ይጋራል / በተገቢ ሁኔታ load ያከፋፍልንናል

ተግዳሮት

- ለማቆም ያስቸግራል
- ልምድ ያለው የሰው ሀይል ማድኘት ይከብዳል
- የሚኖረን የፎቅ ብዛት number of story) የ ሚወሰነው story module ነው ምክንያቱም prefab ስለሆነ የብረቱ ቁመት በ mass production ስለሚመረት

NB :- story module ማለት design ያረግነው አንዱ አግድም ብረት ለምሳሌ የ3 ፎቅ(3 floor) ቁመት ካለው ያ story module ይባላል

ስለዚህ መስራት ምትችሉት ለ 3 የ ሚካፈል የፎቅ ቁጥር መሆን አለበት

በ ስነ-ሂወት (biology) ትምርት ላይ ይሄን ቃል እናቀዋለን

በ ስነሂወት ትምህርት እንደምናቀው በውጫዊ አጥንት ያላቸው ነፍሳት (insects) ስስ የሰውነታቸውን ውስጣዊ ስስ ክፍል የሚከላከልቸው የሰውነታቸው ክፍል ነው።

በስነ ህንፃውም በተመሳሳይ Exoskeletal structure ለህንፃው መዋቅራዊ እርጋታ ውጫዊ መዋቅር ድጋፍ ለውስጣዊው ይሰጣል እኚ በ ብረት(steel sections) በ ብሎን ተሳስረው ለ ህንፃው stability የጀርባ አጥንት ይሆናሉ።

እደተለመደው የስነህንፃ አሰራር የህንፃው ስርአተ መዋቅር ህንፃው ውስጥ አይደገፍም እንዲየውም የህንፃው አንዳንድ mechanical ክፍሎችም ከዚሁ መዋቅር ጋር አብረው እንዲሆኑ በማድረግ versatile ይደረጋል።

- struts are exposed to compression (towards the joint shows us compression)
