Pile foundation depending on their their function divided into two
A. Bearing pile
B. Friction pile

A. Bearing pile - are driven into the ground until a hard stratum is reached. Bearing piles rest on hard strata and act as column to support the structure.

B. Friction piles (floating pile) are used when the soil is soft and there are no hard strata available. These piles are long, and the surfaces are roughened to increase surface area and increase frictional resistance. They bear on frictional resistance between their outer surface and the soil in contact. Friction piles do not rest on hard strata.

የ ኮለኖቹ ሚመጣው ክብደት በ ሶሌታው ውፍረት ብቻ ልንቋቋመው ካልቻልን የኮለኖቹን ረድፍ ከ ሶሌታው ስር ጥልቀቱን እንጨምራለን

በመጀመሪያ floor to ceiling height እናግኝ
ይሄንን height ማግኘታችን የሚጠቅመን የአርኩ መነሻ half circle ብንጠቀም ምን ያህል ወደ ታች ይወርዳል የሚለውን እንድናውቅ ነው።
Let say,
(FTH) floor to floor height =310cm
(FCH) floor to ceiling height=295cm
FTC ማለት FTH-slab thickness ነው።
FCH =FTH -Arct radius
Arc radius=column spacing length/2
=300cm/2=150cm
So, FTC =295cm
Arc radius =1,50cm
295cm-150cm =145cm

አሁን እዚህ ላይስ ብንሰራው ምን ይሆናል የሚለውን ስናይ
በመጀመሪያ ከ145cm የሚነሳ የበርም ሆነ የኮለን አርክ በጣም ስለሚወርድ ለእይታና ለአሉሚኒየም በርም ሆነ የእንጨት በር standard ቁመት አይሆንም
በሌላ በኩል አርኩ በረንዳ ኮለን ላይ ያለ ከህነ መነሻው እንደ ካፕ አይነት ዲዛይን ካለው አርክ bottom starting point ወይም መነሻው ከኖርማ የሰው ቁመት ማነስ የለበትም ምክንያቱም የአርኩ ካፕ ከኖርማል የሰው ቁመት አነሰ ማለት ሰዎች በረንዳ ላይ handrail ተደግፈው ከኮለኑ ጥግ ቢቆሙና ድንገት ቀና ቢሉ ጭንቅላታቸውን ይቀውራቸዋል ማለት ነው
