በአሁኑ ወቅት በቀኝ በኩል ያለውንም በአጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ ለማጠናቀቅ ከፍተኛ ትኩረት ተሰጥቶት እየተሰራ ይገኛል፡፡

ግንባታው ሲጠናቀቅ ቦሌ ሚካኤል አደባባይ ላይ እየተፈጠረ የሚገኘውን የትራፊክ መጨናነቅ ችግር በእጅጉ የሚፈታ ይሆናል፡፡

በሀገራችን ኢትዮጵያ የተለያዩ ባህላዊ የቤት አገነባብ ዘቤዎች አሉ ሰሜን ብትሄዱ የሰሜን የቤት አገነባብ (ባህላዊ) የደቡብ ወይም ከምስራቁ ኢትዮጵያ ቤት አገነባብ ዘቤ እጅግ ይለያል የተለያየበት ዋነኛ ምክንያት አቅራቢያ ባለው የግንባታ እቃ እና የ አየር ንብረት ነው። ለምሳሌ ወደ ሰሜን ብትሄዱ G+1 በ አለታማ ድንጋይ ከ ጭቃ(እንደ mortar) በማገናኘት ከ አንድ ወለል በላይ ይሰራሉ ሶሌታቸውን (slab) በወፍራም መሮ እንጨት በመረብረብ ጭቃ በመመረግ slab ይሰራሉ ወደ ደቡብ ብትሄዱ እጅግ የሚያምሩ በጎጆ ቤቶች በገጠሩት የደቡብ ክልል የተለመደ ነው። ወደ ምስራቅ ብትሄዱ ደግሞ tent (ድንኳን ቤቶች) ከ አየር ንብረቱ ጋር ተያይዞ የተለመደ ነው። በተለይ በ አፋር የመሬት መንቀጥቀጥ እሳተ ጎመራው (ኤርታሌ) አቅራቢያ መሆኑን ተያይዞ frequently occur ያረጋል earthquake ይሄን counter ለማድረግ ቀለል ያለ material ይጠቀማሉ።

ዛሬ እስኪ ስለ ጭቃ ቤት አሰራር እናውራ በሀገራችን በክልል ከተሞች በሰፊው የሚጠቀሙትን አልፎ አልፎ መዲናችን ላይም የሚስተዋሉትን የጭቃ ቤቶች እናውራ

- መጀመሪያ ከተቀየሰ በኋላ ከ 30-50 ሳንቲ ይቆፈራል ከ 15 ሳንቲ diameter በየ 10- 20 ሳንቲም ርቀት ከዛን እንጨቶቹ ጉድጓድ ላይ ይተከላሉ ከዛም ቱንቢ ይጣልና ቀጥ ማለቱ ከታወቀ ከዛም በ ግንብ ይታጠራሉ ከዛም በ እንጨት ይረበረባሉ ከዛም ጭቃ ከ ጭድ(rough surface እንዲኖረው እና ለ ልስን እንዲመች) ጋር የተለወሰ ይመረጋል ካንቹ ለ ግድግዳ ከምንጠቀመው እንጨት ጋር የተያያዘ ነው ከዛ finishing ስራ።

There are two modes of failure for pile group, namely individual pile failure and block failure.
During design, the distribution of axial load among the piles is assumed uniform.
However, center piles are expected to carry greater loads than perimeter piles in sand. The reverse is true for pile group in clay.
Block failure on the other hand, is more likely to occur in fine-grained soil rather than coarse-grained soil. It may be induced when the pile spacing is less than 2 to 3 times the pile diameter.

Simply, retrofitting is repairing and modifying the existing structure into a new stable structure that protects it from flooding or dangers such as high winds and earthquakes.

Why Need Retrofitting?

There are several issues that structural members undergo and need to be tackled. Among them, some common problems include:

~ Require proper Access to work locations.
~ The magnitude of strength to be improved.
~ Cost of construction and maintenance.
~ Time management.
~ Clearance issues.
~ The seismic effect should consider.

~ Material strength or other technical indicators
~ Adding escalators and elevators involves the opening of floors and adding new components.
