በአሁን ጊዜ በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ የተጨማሪ አሃዶችን የመፍጠር ቴክኖሎጂዎች (Blockchain technologies) ላይ የተመሰረቱ የክሪፕቶ ምርቶችና አገልግሎቶች ሁኔታ በመስፋፋት እና ጥቅም ላይ በመዋል ላይ ይገኛሉ፡፡

ከዚህ ጋር ተያይዞ የክሪፕቶግራፊ ውጤት/ምርትንና አገልግሎትን በተመለከተ የኢንፎርሜሽን መረብ ደህንነት አስተዳደር እንደገና ለማቋቋም በወጣው አዋጅ ቁጥር 808/06 አንቀጽ 6 (9) በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሰረት " የክሪፕቶ ምርትና ዝውውርን የመቆጣጠር እና አስፈላጊውን መስፈርት ማውጣትና የአጠቃቀም ስርዓት መዘርጋት " ሃላፊነት ተሰጥቶታል።

በዚህም ዘርፉን በአግባቡ ለመግራት ይቻል ዘንድ ፦የክሪፕቶ ምርት፤ አገልግሎት፣ ዝውውርና ማይኒንግን በተመለከተ ስራዎችን የሚያከናውኑ እና መምዝገብ ለሚፈልጉ ወይም ለመመዝገብ ጠይቀው ሂደት ላይ ያሉ በአስተዳድሩ ድረ-ገጽ በተቀመጠው ቅጽ መስረት ከዛሬ ጀምሮ ባሉት 10 ተከታታይ የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ እንዲመዘገቡ አስተዳደሩ ማሳሰቢያ ሰጥቷል።

ይህንን ተግባራዊ በማያደርጉ እና በዚህ ስራ ያለምዝገባ ተሰማርተው በሚገኙ አካላት ላይ አስፈላጊውን ህጋዊ እርምጃ እንደሚወሰድ አስጠንቅቋል።
