ከተለያዩ ቦታዎች በመረከብ አንድ ሊትር ወተት በ30 ብር ለማኅበረሰቡ ያከፋፍሉ እንደነበር የገለጹት ዓለሙ ተሻገር ሲሆኑ፤ ሰሞኑን ግን በ60 ብር እያከፋፈሉ መሆናቸውን አልደበቁም።
ለዋጋ ጭማሬው ዋነኛ ምክንያት የመኖ መወደድ ነው የሚሉት ዓለሙ፤ ይህን ተከትሎም ተኮናታሪዎች ኮንትራት እንዳቆሙ ጠቅሰዋል። ተጠቃሚዎቹ በበኩላቸው ለአዲስ ማለዳ የገለጹት የዋጋ ጭማሬውን ተከትሎ በተለይም ለሕጻናት ሲኮናተሩ የነበሩ እናቶች ከሌላው ኑሮ ውድነት ጋር ተያይዞ መቋቋም ስላልቻሉ ኪራይን ለማቆም መገደዳቸውን ነው።
