1. ነጭ ገበያ (White Market)፡- ማለት በአንድ ሀገር ውስጥ በህጋዊ ስርዓት ውስጥ የሚካሄድ የግብይት ስርዓት ሲሆን በመንግስት ተመዝግቦ የሚታወቅና በግብር ስርዓት ውስጥ ያለ ነው፡፡እዚህ ግብይት ውስጥ ገዢም ሻጭም ምርቱንም ሆነ አገልግሎቱን ለመለዋወጥ ሙሉ ህጋዊ መብት አላቸው::
ለምሳሌ፡- የንግድ ፍቃድ ካለው አካል ምንም አይነት እቃ መግዛት ወይም መሸጥ፤ ህጋዊ ሆስፒታል ሄዶ መታከም ወይም ማከም፤ ወዘተ፡፡


2. ግራጫ ገበያ (Gray Market)፡- ማለት በአንድ ሀገር ውስጥ በህጋዊ መንገድ አንድን እቃ መግዛት ወይም መሸጥ እየቻልን በህገወጥ መንገድ እቃውን ወይም አገልግሎቱን ስንገበያይ ማለት ነው::
ለምሳሌ፡- የስኳር መድሃኒት በህጋዊ መንገድ ገዝቶ መጠቀም ይፈቀዳል ነገር ግን በተለያየ ምክንያት (የአቅርቦት እጥረት ብዙ ግዜ ምክንያት ይሆናል!) ከህጋዊ ስርዓቱ ውጪ ባለ የንግድ ስርዓት ገዝተን ወይም ሸጠን ስንገኝ ማለት ነው፡፡


3. ጥቁር ገበያ (Black Market)፡- ማለት በአንድ ሀገር ውስጥ በህጋዊ መንገድ አንድን እቃ ወይም አገልግሎት መግዛትም ሆነ መሸጥ ክልክል በሆነበት ሁኔታ ውስጥ ገዝቶ ወይም ሸጦ መገኘት ነው::
ለምሳሌ፡- የመሳሪያ ሽያጭ፤ የውጪ ምንዛሬ ሽያጭ፤ አደንዛዥ እጽ ሽያጭ፤ የሰው እና የሰው አካል ሽያጭ፤ ወዘተ መግዛት ወይም መሸጥ ማለት ነው፡፡
