የ 12ኛ ክፍል ሀገር አቀፍ ፈተና ከ መስከረም 30/2015 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ በመንግስት ዩኒቨርስቲዎች የሚሰጥ ሲሆን
ተማሪዎች ከክልላቸዉ ዉጭ ባሉ ዩኒቨርስቲዎች ይፈተናሉ።
ፈታኞች ከሌላ ክልል (ብሄር) ይሆናሉ።
ተማሪዎች ገና ከቤታቸዉ ሲወጡ ስልክ ያስቀምጣሉ። ዩኒቨርስቲ ከገቡ በኋላ ፈተናዉ እስኪጠናቀቅ ከስልክ ጋር ንክኪ ስለማይኖራቸዉ ፈተናዉ ቢሰረቅ እንኳ የሚያገኙበት ዕድል አይኖርም።
ይህን መሰረት አድርጎ ተማሪዎችን ማዘጋጀትና በስነ ልቦና መገንባት ያስፈልጋል።
