1 - If there are true counterfactuals of creaturely freedom , then God knows these truths.

2 - There are counterfactuals of creaturely freedom.

3 - If God knows true counterfactuals of creaturely freedom ,God knows them either logically prior to the devine creative decree or only logically posterior ton the divine creaturely decree.

4 - Counterfactuals of freedom cannot be known only Logically Posterior to the creative decree.

From (1) and (2) it follows logically that :

5 - Therefore , God knows true counterfactuals of creaturely freedom.

From (3) & (5) , it follows logically that :

6 - Therefore , God knows true counterfactuals of creaturely freedom either logically prior to the divine creative decree or only logically posterior to the divine creative decree.

From (4) & (6) , it follows that :

7 - Therefore , God knows true counterfactuals of creaturely freedom logically prior to the divine creative decree. - Which is the essence of the doctrine of divine middle knowledge.

¹⁴ እንግዲህ ምን እንላለን? እግዚአብሔር አድልዎ ያደርጋልን? በፍጹም አያደርግም!
¹⁵ ለሙሴ፣ “የምምረውን እምረዋለሁ፤ ለምራራለትም እራራለታለሁ” ይላልና።
¹⁶ እንግዲህ ይህ ከሰው ፍላጎት ወይም ጥረት ሳይሆን፣ ከእግዚአብሔር ምሕረት የተነሣ ነው።
¹⁷ መጽሐፍ ፈርዖንን፣ “ኀይሌ በአንተ እንዲታይ፣ ስሜም በምድር ሁሉ እንዲነገር ለዚህ አስነሣሁህ” ይላልና።
¹⁸ ስለዚህ እግዚአብሔር ሊምረው ለሚወደው ምሕረት ያደርግለታል፤ ልቡ እንዲደነድን የፈለገውንም ያደነድነዋል።

¹⁴ እንግዲህ ምን እንላለን? በእግዚአብሔር ዘንድ ዓመፃ አለ ወይ? አይደለም።

¹⁶ እንግዲህ ምሕረት ለወደደ ወይም ለሮጠ አይደለም፥ ከሚምር ከእግዚአብሔር ነው እንጂ።
¹⁷ መጽሐፍ ፈርዖንን፦ ኃይሌን በአንተ አሳይ ዘንድ ስሜም በምድር ሁሉ ይነገር ዘንድ ለዚህ አስነሣሁህ ይላልና።
¹⁸ እንግዲህ የሚወደውን ይምረዋል፥ የሚወደውንም እልከኛ ያደርገዋል።
