የዘንድሮ 'ኧርባን ኦክቶበር' የውይይት መድረኮች የመጨረሻው ውይይት “Smart Cities " በሚል ርዕስ ከዶ/ር መኩሪያ ኃይሌ (የቀድሞ የኢትዮጵያ ቤቶች፣ ከተማ ልማት እና ኮንስትራክሽን ሚንስቴር ሚኒስትር፣ የቀድሞ የፖሊሲ ጥናት ተቋም ዋና ዳይሬክተር፣ የአሁን የኢትዮጵያ ሲቪል ሰርቪስ ኮሚሽን ኮሚሽነር)፣ ኑጁማ ኢብራሂም (የስማርት ሲቲስ እና የኢንተሪየር አርክቴክቸር አማካሪ) እና ሚካኤል መላኩ (ቴክኖሎጂስት እና የቴክኖሎጂ አማካሪ) በአቤል እስጢፋኖስ(ኧርባን ፕላነር) አሰናኝነት ባሳለፍነው ቅዳሜ ተካሂዶ ነበር።
በዕለቱ በተነሱ ዋና ዋና ሀሳቦች ላይ በመንተራስ ከአቶ ሚካኤል መላኩ ጋር ቆይታ ይኖረናል።
