የተወደዳችሁ ወገኖች የጌታ ሰላም ይሁንላችሁ፤ ይብዛላችሁም። የአማርኛ መጽሐፍ ቅዱስ መዝገበ ቃላት በመሥራት ላለፉት ብዙ ዓመታት ቆይቻለሁ። በተለይ ያለፉትን ጥቂት ዓመታት ሙሉ ጊዜ ሰጥቼ ስሠራው ቆይቻለሁ። በጌታ ቸርነት ከ23 ዓመታት በኋላ ባለፈው ወር፥ ልክ የዛሬ ወር ተጠናቅቋል። እግዚአብሔር ይመስገን።

ይህ መዝገበ ቃላት ወደ 1350 ገጾችና ከ4ሺህ 800 ቃላት በላይ የያዘ፥ ለእያንዳንዱ ቃል ከምንጭ ቋንቋዎች አቻ ቃላትን፥ ትርጕምና ዝርዝር መፍቻ፥ እንዲሁም በቂ የመጽሐፍ ቅዱስ ጥቅሶችን ያካተተ ነው። ይህ ሥራ በተጠቃሚዎች ሁሉ፥ በተለይም በክርስቲያኖችና በአገልጋዮች እጅ ትልቅ እሴት የሚሆን መጽሐፍ ነው።

Hello my friends. May the peace of Christ be on you. I have been working on the Amharic Bible Dictionary (ABD). The last few years were entirely dedicated to this prodigious work. It came to completion last month (exactly a month ago) after 23 years. Praise God.

The ABD is a 1350 plus pages work with over 4800 entries complete with source language equivalents, meanings, extensive definitions as well as ample Bible verse references. This work would be an asset in the hands of all users; especially Christians and ministers.
