The Spirit realm
Spirit realm is more real than the natural. The Spirit realm creates the natural realm so you need to see yourself in the Spirit how God says you are and then eventually it will manifest in the natural.
If you want a change in your normal life, you should have to change your spiritual realm. Don't struggle with the physical realm, just make focus on spritual realm.

When things get tiring you, start praying and go deep in the presence of God. Get intimated with the Holy Spirit. Then all things will be changed instantly.

To far away and resist satan is not the only solution. To far away from satan is good by itself. But to far away from satan is not good enough to solve your problem. You need also to come closer with God. When you come closer with God, God will come closer to you and if God will come closer to you, devil will flee from you by default.
In order to come closer to God, the only way is through Jesus christ. But after believing in christ, you have to
1.get your hands clean and
2.purify your hearts.
