የስራው ዝርዝር:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Architect Inspector to join our team. As a Site Architect Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that architectural elements of construction projects meet design specifications and quality standards. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the successful execution of projects, verifying compliance with architectural plans and facilitating the delivery of high-quality architectural solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to evaluate the implementation of architectural designs and ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations.
2. Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to familiarize yourself with the design intent and applicable standards.
3. Monitor construction progress, identifying any architectural issues, deviations, or discrepancies, and communicate them to the project team.
4. Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address and resolve architectural challenges in a timely and effective manner.
5. Verify the quality and installation of architectural elements, such as walls, ceilings, finishes, and fixtures, ensuring they align with design plans and meet established standards.
6. Conduct inspections of architectural materials, such as masonry, woodwork, glass, and metalwork, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
7. Document inspection findings, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of site inspections, deviations, and corrective actions.
8. Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement corrective measures for architectural issues, coordinating with contractors to ensure proper implementation.
9. Provide guidance and support to contractors regarding architectural requirements, quality standards, and best practices.
10. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and construction methodologies relevant to architectural design and inspection.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture (BSc in Architecture) or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Architect, with a focus on architectural inspection and construction projects.
3. In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
4. Familiarity with architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify architectural issues and deviations.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with contractors, project teams, and stakeholders.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
8. Familiarity with construction materials and their quality standards.
9. Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used for architectural inspections and documentation.
10. Professional registration or licensure as an Architect, if applicable.
