የስራው ዝርዝር: Job Summary: The Finance and Admin Associate will be responsible for managing the company’s finances and accounting processes, and also provide administrative support to the consulting and management teams. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to ensure that the company’s operations are running smoothly and efficiently. The associate’s responsibilities include maintaining records for all transactions, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, and overseeing operations across the office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Updating transactions and records, and filing and retrieving corporate documents
• Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses.
• Processing tax payments and payroll administration, as well as respective reporting to concerned government offices.
• Preparing and reporting financial statements (e.g., income statements, balance sheets,).
• Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations.
• Evaluating and optimizing financial controls and procedures.
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Supervising administrative staff and keeping stock of office supplies and placing orders when necessary
• Assist General Manager extensively
• Coordinate conferences, training, meetings, and other events
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, or finance,
• 2+ years of experience in financial and administrative roles, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
• In-depth knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards.
• Extensive experience in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Superb organizational and time management abilities.
• Great collaboration and communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
