An Awakening Reminder
Dear me,
Never never and never go against your word and promises, especially on the ones you commit to yourself. You are old enough to be belittled by your many flaws and weaknesses. Come on, you are way too powerful than just giving in to your excuses.
The first step there is to bringing change in to your life is to realize you deserve the best in life and the most from you. And when you have a problem to work on or a weakness to correct, just stop denying it and learn to own it. A problem that is identified is a problem half solved. Yet again some of the most important problems of your life can not be solved but rather it ought to be grown out from.
And dear me, when you want to quit something don't think for how long your are going to commit yourself to it rather learn to do it one day at a time. Say to your self "I won't do it today, not today."
