Qualifications of the Consultants:
- Bidders shall submit all the legal documents (renewed Trade License, Registration, TIN, VAT/TOT certificates)
- Proven track record of conducting similar studies, particularly for NGOs in development projects in the area of agricultural input/output market, agricultural production and Islamic finance, and NRM
- Extensive experience in conducting literature reviews and qualitative research including familiarity with participatory research methods
- Sound knowledge and acquaintance with Agricultural production and marketing, Islamic finance, and NRM frameworks in Ethiopia
- MSc degree or above in either, Agricultural economics, NRM, Policy and Sustainable Development, and other relevant disciplines. And the team members should have relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience in research in the fields of agriculture, agriculture economics, NRM, and sustainable development
- Fluency in spoken and written English and knowledge of the local language, Amharic. For a team of consultants, at least half of the team members need to speak the local language, Amharic
- Bidders shall clearly state their unit price, number, and total price including VAT/ToT in ETB
