The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Engineer & Senior Supervisor to lead our ATM Network Operations team. This critical role demands a unique combination of technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a focus on profitability. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of at least 30 engineers, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of at least 30 engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance management.
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for ATM network maintenance and repair, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
Analyze service level agreements (SLAs) to calculate profit and loss (P&L), identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Manage all aspects of the ATM network, including deployments, upgrades, and modifications.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient maintenance practices.
Oversee all administrative functions related to the ATM network operations team.
Generate comprehensive reports on ATM performance, maintenance activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and industry best practices.
Present findings and recommendations to the management team.
Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in ATM network maintenance and operations.
Proven track record of leading and motivating a large technical team.
In-depth understanding of ATM technology, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze SLAs and identify opportunities to optimize profitability.
Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction, manage projects, and prioritize workload.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
