Me: did he tho? He was resurrected, right?

Preacher: yes but he died for you first, on the cross

Me: but it was planned tho, like it was obvious he will beat death after being crucified... also isn't God should be immortal or something?

Preacher: God sends his son to save humanity

Me: don't you find it a bit dramatic? like he is immortal but somehow he has to pretend as mortal for our eyes? And then since he “died” for me, I have to worship him. Isn't that lying? Believing an immortal being as if he died?
