Qualifications/Skills

Minimum Education and Work Experience:
• BA in IT, Computer Science, Computer engineering, Software Engineering, BAIS, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related field studies and has a minimum of one year of experience in a similar position in a financial institution

• Ability to give timely responses to both incoming and outgoing client calls
• Ability to handle client compliance

Language:
• Knowledge of Amharic, Afaan Oromo, Tigregna, Somaligna and English languages have the advantage

Education Level:Bachelor's
Experience:1-3 years
