Notice from IOM
All beneficiaries that are travel ready will be directly called/contacted by IOM when they are scheduled for travel.
Refugees residing in Camp locations will continue to be contacted through respective IOM offices near the camp, urban cases will be directly called by IOM.
IOM visiting hours are now available four days a week Mon-Thu 02:00PM to 05:00PM.
The visitation hours are available for beneficiaries that have major changes in their case status or for notification of special issues (Examples are listed below)
1. Family status change (case composition)
Pregnancy
Newborn baby
Deceased family member
2. Address change.
3. Medical condition.
The visitation hours are
not intended for checking case approval status. IOM would like to emphasize that beneficiaries that have gone through medical, interviews for resettlment process, and waiting for approval should be patient and wait to be contacted by IOM once their travel documents have been received from resettlement country.
IOM has the sole responsibility to process Exit documents for all registered refugees under the resettlment programme.
Beneficiaries travelling under the auspices of IOM are strictly advised not to start an individual and premature exit process by directly approaching governmental partners (RRS/ICS).

· ኩልኹም ዘድሊ ኩሉ መስርሕ ሓሊፍኩም ድልዋት ዝኾንኩም ሰባት ብ ኣይ ኦ ኤም ቀጥታ ክድወለልኩም እዩ።
· ናብ ኣይ ኦ ኤም ካብ ሶኒ ክሳብ ሓሙስ ዘሎ ኣርባዕተ መዓልታት ካብ ሰዓት 2:00 ድ/ቀ ክሳብ 5:00 ድ/ቀ መጺኹም ክትግልገሉ ትኽእሉ ኢኹም።
· በዘን ዝተጠቐሳ መዓልታት ትመጹ ግን እቶም ኣብ ኬዝኩም ወይ ፕሮሰስኩም ወሳኒ ዝኾነ ለውጢ ዝገበርኩም ወይ ከኣ ክትሕብሩና ተደልይዎ ጉዳይ እንተሎ(ንኣብነት ኣብ ታሕቲ ተጠቒሱ ዘሎ ጉዳይ ምስ ዝህልወኩም)
o ናይ ስድራ ቤት ብዝሒ ለውጢ ምስ ዝህሉ (ኣብቲ ኬዝ ዘሎ ብዝሒ ምስ ዝልወጥ) ን ኣብነት

§ ሓድሽ ዝተወልደ ህጻን
§ ካብ ኣባላት ስድራቤት ብሞት ዝተፈለየ ምስ ዝህሉ

· ኣብዘን ኣገልግሎት ንምሃብ ክፉታት ኮይነን ዘለዋ ሰዓታት: ፕሮሰስ ኣበይ በጺሑ (ቪዛ መጽዩ ድዩ ኣይመጸን) ንዝብል ሕቶ ዘለዎ ሰብ ዘየነተኣናግድ ምዃና ኣቐዲምና ንሕብር።
· እቶም ኢንተርቪውን ሜዲካልን ዝገበርኩምን ቪዛ ትጽበዩ ዘለኹም ሰባት ሰባት በጃኹም ክሳብ ካብ ኣይ ኦ ኤም ዝድወለልኩም ብትዕግስቲ ክትጽበዩ ክንሕብረኩም ንፈቱ።
· ነቶም ፕሮሰስ ዘለኩም ኩልኹም ዝተመዝገብኩም ስደተኛታት ትራቨል ዶኪመንት ከውጽኣልኩም ሓላፍነት ዘለዎ ኣይ ኦ ኤም ጥራይ እዩ።
· ኩላትኩም ብኣይ ኦ ኤም ሓሊፍኩም ንጉዕዞ ትዳለው ዘለኹም ሰባት ብቐጥታ ናብ ናይ መንግስቲ ቤትጽሕፈት ብምኻድ ትራቨል ዶኪመንት ባዕልኹም ካብ ምውጻእ ክትቁጠቡ ኣጥቢቕና ነተሓሳስብ።
