Since the delayed marriage signature service has started. We would like to inform you that those who meet the requirements can be get the service.

All applicants of urgent signature for marriage Certificate.

For those who will return to foreign country and apply for an urgent marriage signature must fulfilled the following criterias.

1. The applicant will stay a minimum of 15 days in Ethiopia.

2. The applicant should come to the RRS office to fill out his application form after 15 days.

3. The applicant will bring the boarding pass or entry visa (entrance to Ethiopia).

4. Should bring air ticket.

# we will not accept any case, who will not fulfill the above criteria.
