1. Job Title: Chief Information Technology Officer
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
The job holder is required to plan, organize, direct and control IT Infrastructure Management, IT System Security, Digital Banking Technical systems and Application & Program Management systems. He/ She has responsible for the long-range direction of a Bank's technology function. Directs the strategic design, acquisition, management, and implementation of a Bank wide technology infrastructure. Establishes technology standards and communicates technical information to the Bank.

2. Job Title: Director, Legal Services Department (Re-advertised)
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Under the general direction of the President plans, organizes, directs and coordinates all legal activities of the Bank. Additionally, ensure that the Bank activity adheres to the domestic and international laws, regulations and other internal by-laws of the bank; ascertain that appropriate organs of the Bank are given proper and timely legal counsel; make sure that legal matters of the Bank are managed and executed properly and efficiently; ensure that the rights and interest of the Bank are legally protected and studies and proposes ways to minimize legal risks of the Bank.
Education (Minimum): LLM Degree
Experience: 8 years of relevant experience; 4 of which in managerial position (Banking Experience is advantageous)
