JOB DESCRIPTION
Employer: Kingdom (Ethiopia) Linen Plc
Job description
Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, etc.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, phone call etc.)
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Assist General manager on daily base.
Scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
Requirements
Minimum one year of work experience in Multinational companies
University graduate, preferably with study in Business Administration or other social science field of study.
Excellent Computer skill (MS word excel ppt, typing, writing letter etc..)
Six days work a week
Working in Adama office/ company dorms are available to apply
Fluent English in written and verbal communication skill
Good communication skill
