You know what love and Adab for the Prophet ﷺ is? Imam Malik was stung by a scorpion 16 times whilst teaching hadith, but he didn't move. Due to the intensity of the pain, his color changed, and he began to sweat profusely until he was close to fainting, yet he refused to flinch or even make a sound.
After the lesson , the students asked him why he did not stop the class. He replied, "Who am I to disturb the recital of the words of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?"
