The espresso was so smooth and light. It was my second time having espresso and I still remember the trauma. It's was very bitter, strong, and made me sick. But this one defies our expectations of the common espresso!

Cherish espresso was different. It is very light, not bitter at all. We even had it without sugar and surprisingly we all enjoyed it. It's kinda a house rule, you should enjoy coffee as it is, without sugar.

Later we learned about the process of making the best espresso, I.e. Coffee. How every step of the supply chain is very important, and it should be done with care and passion.

It all started by carefully picking the cherries at the right time, then drying and washing, packing is also important. And finally, the roasting should be done right to bring all the flavors of coffee.

The smooth and light espresso we had was the result of a carefully processed coffee.

The Danish cake we had was also the best! It's homemade, in a small quantity and we were there early so we got lucky.
