Description: • Diploma in building construction or related subject.
10 years and more directly related experience in construction project, and (Having more than 2B+G+10 building construction experience is mandatory.)
• Lead and coordinate tasks according to their priorities and plans.
• Prepare and present suitable space following design of the building
• Follow-up every task is proceeding according to the plan and immediately report to site engineer when unplanned tasks are observed.
• Select and Allocate manpower needed for every project tasks.
• Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew.
• Allocate general and daily responsibilities.
• Supervise and train workers.
• Ensure manpower and other resources are adequate.
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
• Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within the budget.
• Follow up and transfer unused materials to suitable location
• Report progress to site engineer or project manager as appropriate.
• Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
