Responsibilities
-Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
-Monitor level of office supplies and handle shortages
-Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
-Preparing meeting and training rooms
-Coordinating office events as necessary
-Answering phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
-Scheduling appointments.
-Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
-Manage and create a good working environment and smooth workflow
