I need to renew my passport urgently. I have an appointment on May 30th, but the picture I submitted shows me smiling, which I now realize may not be acceptable. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I now need my passport sooner than May 30th. However, I'm concerned that my passport renewal may be delayed because of the incorrect photo. I've heard that the operation for urgent passport renewal was stopped due to a high volume of applications. Can you confirm if urgent passport renewals have resumed, and if so, can I apply for an urgent renewal with a corrected photo?
